Bayard Packaging's 1st NEW Mamata Universal Bag Machine has has been installed & commissioned and is working very well. Additional attachments, such as hole punches, carrier bag handle punches and a lateral sealer will be fitted early in Jan 2015.

Our Managing Director will be travelling to India to sign off our New Mamata Universal Polythene Bag Machine, this new machine will not only increase our manufacturing capacity it will enable Bayard Packaging to enter new markets with more secure mailing products.

Bayard Packaging have confirmed an order for their first Mamata Vega Plus Universal converting machine for its manufacturing plant. The new addition is set to boost production of the company’s popular range of grey mailing bags and compliment the existing conversion machinery already in production. We expect to take delivery in September 2014. 

March 2014
Bayard Packaging have added two Videojet Continuous Inkjet Printers, so that sequential numbering and barcodes can be printed during conversion to the polythene bags and sacks to facilitate clients requirements for tracking consignments.

Bayard Packaging would like to welcome Jordan as the newest member of our production team, working in the factory learning the skills of producing flexible packaging.

Bayard Packaging had another successful audit review for its ISO9001 quality management system, this is now our second year of being ISO registered.

Investment into an improved pallet storing system together with a new pallet transfer truck to enable storage of more raw material and finished products. This will enable us to locate production materials quicker minimising machine downtime and to carry more stock products. 

August 2013
Our new and improved website is launched. New products will be added over the next few weeks, such as flush top polythene bags, bubble wrap, courier bags and security packaging.

Investment in various ancillary equipment means we can now produce polythene bags with a punched out handle for carrier bags/cash in transit packaging, lateral sealer so that we can add an external pouch to courier bags or put a plain old header on to a bag for retail packaging with a punched out euro-slot.

M&S Vouchers, receive a £5 Marks and Spencers' voucher for every £100.00 you spend on our stock products, I'm afraid the £100.00 does exlcude the carriage charge and VAT. The promotion also excludes any clients who are given special prices that are discounted to that of our standard price lists.

Our new and updated website goes live! 
We have introduced a few new products, such as: Postal Tubes, Document Enclosed Pouches, Tissue Paper. Please check back often as new products will be added all the time to complement our range of quality polythene postal mailing bags that we manufacture in our Greater London facility.

We installed a 2 colour stack flexographic printing press to our extensive range of polythene converting equipment which has enabled us to supply simple two spot colour printed polythene with shorter lead-times.
We introduced our new style of opaque pink mailing bags. These are now constructed from a black/pink co-extruded material which makes them 100% opaque.

Relocated to larger premises so as to enable us to implement our expansions plans and also allowing us to offer greater capacity for stock holding of clients products.
