Environmental Policy
Bayard Packaging Ltd ensure that every aspect of our activities is conducted in accordance with good environmental practices.
We aim to achieve this by:
· Minimising the consumption of natural resources and energy.
· Reducing the creation of waste by the adoption of improved operating practices and by recycling waste material produced during the manufacturing process, whenever practical.
· Ensuring all waste is disposed of in a safe and responsible manner.
· Investing in the development and sourcing of new materials and processes that have an improved performance regarding their impact on the environment.
· Complying with environmental legislation.
We are looking at new materials for the future and to the next generation of bags made by using a completely compostable product, derived from renewable sources.
We recycle all our waste LDPE polythene that is produced during our manufacturing process and we can also accept LDPE polythene from end users for recycling. |
